A New Mindfulness Course, for those who have been living with Mindfulness and wish to deepen their practice and experience, as well as for people new to Mindfulness, who are ready to explore something new and Wonderful!

THE WAY OF MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is a refreshing outlook, to bring greater freedom, peace and well-being to every day, every moment of our life.
It is an extremely effective way of working with our mind, of recognizing and releasing stuck, repetitive patterns of thoughts, feelings and beliefs that block the openness and freedom inherent in each new moment, as it arises.
It enables us to open to the reality of possibilities, to move toward the full potential of our life and the world we live in - our relationships, our families, our workplace and our planet.
It is a way of living our life, through realizing the roots of suffering as well as the causes of happiness. It is an exceptional and inspiring way of alleviating the pain of anxiety, depression, chronic worry and more.
It reveals the ease and relief of living with “Just Now”, with what is present, with what is at hand, with what is real. To see the simplicity of that experience and the possibilities that it holds.
It has to do with how awake we are to the choices available to us and how we can draw upon inherent inner states of Peace, Creativity, Wisdom and Joy, which we can bring to any situation, at any moment.
With a background of 35 years as both a psychologist as well as a practitioner and teacher of Mindfulness, Lynda is combining these disciplines into a 6 week program, which will be offered at two different times in the week. You can choose which time frame suits you best.
The Evening Program will begin on Tuesday, May 13th, from 7 until 9:30 p.m., for six consecutive Tuesday evenings, and
The Morning Program will begin on Friday, May 16th, from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., for six consecutive Friday mornings.
The groups will be kept small, limited to 10 persons, to provide sufficient time for practice, reflection and insight, and to enrich each participant’s experience.
We will meet In Person in Notre Dame de Grace.
Cost is $350. (covered by most health insurance programs).
