MINDFULNESS EVENINGS - ONLINE

Hello Everyone -

    Hope you are enjoying your day, and enjoying the Present Moment - which all of us share!  We are all here, together, now, when you think of it!

    Realizing that it may still be some time before we will be meeting again, in person, I was considering how we could still meet to continue, or begin, our work with Mindfulness.

    I spent a few hours today, learning how to use Zoom and how to invite all of you into Mindfulness Evenings, Courses etc.  Quite exciting!  The only thing missing would be the treats at the break!

    In keeping with this, I am thinking of providing the first Virtual Mindfulness Evening, from the comfort of our homes, on Friday evening, September 18th from 7 to 9 p.m.

    It is very easy to attend.
The cost would be $35 for the evening, which could be paid by
e-transfer (receipts for insurance purposes are available).
Registration would close on Wednesday night.
You would receive the invitation and link on Thursday evening.
You could just click onto this link at the time of the meeting, 7 p.m. on Friday evening.  I believe you could click on at 6:45 p.m. or so, and be ready for the “opening of the doors” at 7 p.m.  Sounds like fun!

    Please advise by return e-mail, whether this is of interest to you.
This is not a commitment to attend, but just to see if there is interest.

    I am thinking that these meetings could be held on a regular basis, perhaps monthly, so our experience and understanding of Mindfulness could develop and deepen, bringing us greater ease and wisdom, and greater presence in our lives.
