Happy New Year! May it be one of Realization, Insight and Greater Freedom!
Realizing that it is absolutely possible - that we can live our life with a Mind that Is Easeful and a Heart that is Open and Joyful!
Realizing that we can be our truest and most authentic selves.
That we have all we need to live a life that is at peace, with a true and deep sense of Well-Being.
We have the Wisdom, Intelligence, Judgement and Creativity to bring to each situation we encounter, each day. We have many Natural Resources that we can draw on, to be effective in each relationship or circumstance we meet.
We don’t have to play games, make up stories and justifications, or create “false selves” to get by, or to deal with life. In fact, these are the very CAUSES of tension and distress - the very things that create stress and dissatisfaction in ourselves.
We can simplify.
We can simply be who we are - with confidence. We can be honest, sincere and present to each moment as it unfolds.
We only, ever, live one moment at a time. We only, ever, live Now.
Even if this moment is difficult, we can let ourselves relax into it. We can see what it’s all about - and often see what it is trying to teach us. See if we can be open to that learning - which often includes letting go, and opening to the wider context of life.
If action is required (it isn’t always!), we can have greater clarity, based on a wider perspective, to see which action would truly be most effective - just one moment at a time.
Ultimately, it’s usually about trusting life and trusting ourselves - and often being willing to give the other person, or the situation, (or ourselves), some positive, warm-hearted space in which to find clarity and resolution. Space where we can breathe easily, settle, and connect with all our Wonderful Resources - then respond.
We can find greater freedom. We can find satisfaction in how we engage with life and meet its challenges. We can find a deep and abiding happiness that runs beneath the flow of changing circumstances.
We can realize that all we have ever needed, was there all along. We can enjoy the experience of being alive!
It may actually be a new way of living! - with a sense of engagement, adventure, and with an easeful mind and a joyful heart!
This is my vision for your New Year, for each moment, always!
Warmest, Best Wishes!
